Hardness is rated at 9H, making it extremely strong with high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and acid. It won't chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer.

Duralon Blue promotes the creation of far infrared radiant heat within the cookware, up to 92% more. This far infrared heat penetrates food from inside and outside, leaving the food moist and flavorful.
